Buying
a home is probably the largest single investment
you will ever make. We appreciate the confidence
and trust you have to let a professional real
estate agent help you find your home. The
following outline will give you an idea of how we
conduct our business and how we can work for you
to negotiate on your behalf.
1) My
assistant Kelly Hill or I will spend the time to
meet or discuss by telephone the special needs
and wants you may have with regards to finding
your home.
2) We
will have a mortgage specialist pre-approve you,
lock in the interest rate and review closing
costs associated with buying.
3) We
will provide updated information on new listings
and search for homes meeting your criteria
regularly.
4) We
will work with other agents to solicit new
listings that may not yet be "for
sale".
5) We
will point out any problems we see in each
property with regard to condition and general
repair. We have a network of accredited building
inspectors, should you decide to have a home
inspection and we will be present on site the day
of the inspection.
